CANCELLATION POLICY
Brow Logic Booking Policies Guests: • No guests are allowed during appointments. Payments: • Your deposit secures your service; the remaining balance is due in cash or by zelle. Cancellation & Rescheduling: • A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. If notice is not given, a new deposit will be required to rebook. • Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a 40% service charge. • You are allowed one free reschedule with a 48-hour notice. • A second reschedule will require payment of the full service charge. No-Call No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations (within 24hrs): • These will result in a 100% charge. • Deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions. Late Policy: • Please inform us if you expect to be late; however, we may not be able to accommodate if there are clients booked after you. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be automatically canceled. Credit Card Requirement: • A credit card is required to secure all appointments. • By booking, you authorize charges in accordance with our policies. Reminders & Responsibilities: • We provide appointment reminders via text, email, and/or phone. • Please confirm your appointment through the 48-hour text reminder. Failure to confirm may result in the cancellation of your appointment. By booking, you agree to all Brow Logic LLC booking, refund, and cancellation policies.
