CANCELLATION POLICY
Brow Logic Booking Policies Guests • No guests or children are allowed during appointments. This is to maintain a safe, sterile, and distraction-free environment. • Bringing a guest or child will result in your appointment being rescheduled and a $100 inconvenience charge added to your service. ⸻ Payments • Your deposit secures your service. The remaining balance is due in cash or via Zelle at the time of your appointment. ⸻ Deposits • All deposits are non-refundable for both services and training — no exceptions. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling • A 48-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • If proper notice is not given, a new deposit will be required to rebook. • Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a 40% service charge. • You are allowed one free reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice. • A second reschedule will incur a $50 additional charge. ⸻ No-Call, No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations (within 24 hours) • These will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. • Failure to respond prior to your appointment may result in cancellation and a full service charge. • If I’ve made two attempts to reach you with no response, your appointment will be canceled and charged in full. • Deposits remain non-refundable. ⸻ Late Policy • Please notify me if you anticipate being late. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and treated as a no-show. • If I am able to accommodate you being later than 15-20 minutes a late fee may be applied for an additional $20 ⸻ Credit Card Requirement • A credit card is required to secure all appointments. • By booking, you authorize charges in accordance with Brow Logic policies. ⸻ Reminders & Responsibilities • Appointment reminders are sent via text, email, and/or phone. • Consent forms are sent automatically and must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to your appointment. • Failure to complete these forms in time may result in your appointment being rescheduled. • Please confirm your appointment through the 48-hour reminder text. Failure to confirm may lead to automatic cancellation. ⸻ By booking, you agree to all Brow Logic booking, cancellation, and refund policies. These policies are strictly enforced to protect my time and ensure fairness to all clients. Missed appointments, lack of communication, and no-shows affect not just my business but other clients waiting for availability. Please be respectful of my time as I am of yours.
